If you’ve ever had the chance to enjoy our pizza, you already know… there’s nothing quite like a Fricano’s pizza. At Fricano’s Manistee River, we offer more than our world famous thin crust pizza. We also offer an incredible menu of comfort food, sandwiches, sharables, as well as a fully stocked bar with beautiful views of the mighty Manistee River.

Cosimo (Gus) Fricano was born to Antonio and Phillipena Fricano, who were immigrants from Bagheria Sicily. He introduced Fricano's Pizza, soon after purchasing a boarding house in Grand Haven, Michigan in 1949. No one knew what "P.I.Z.Z.A." was at that time. Fricano's Manistee River is now the seventh installment featuring the famous pizza. Ted and Jen Fricano, along with their three children, continue "to have a perverse pleasure to bet the farm" and opened Fricano's Manistee River on July 20, 2022. This is their 7th business after Fricano's Muskegon Lake, Fricano Place, The Hideaway Lounge, The Event Center at Fricano Place, The Fricano's Sweet Shoppe, and TED'S in Spring Lake: all under the umbrella of Ted Fricano Adventures.
